About Us
Lincoln United Community Coalition is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to transforming lives through a comprehensive, faith-based approach that nurtures physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being. Our mission is to empower individuals and families by creating opportunities for affordable home ownership, small business development, and personal growth—all while enriching our community through education, health, and wellness programs.

Our Vision
We envision a thriving community where families and seniors have the resources and support to grow, learn, and be nourished. By offering a wide array of programs, we aim to create a holistic environment that inspires success and fosters lasting change.

Our Programs and Services

• Youth Development & Education
• Etiquette Program: Designed for boys and girls aged 10-16, this program teaches essential social skills, anger management, dressing for success, healthy food choices, and interviewing techniques to build confidence and poise.
• Financial Literacy: We challenge youth to rethink their approach to money—teaching money management skills, saving strategies, and long-term financial planning to pave the way for future success.
• STEAM/LifeCents/Business Entrepreneur Academy: Our academy guides aspiring entrepreneurs in creating viable business plans, exploring high-growth careers, and understanding the fundamentals of business creation and home ownership.
• Scholarship Program & Tutoring: We offer annual scholarships to local high school seniors and provide tutoring services for students who need extra academic support, ensuring that every child has a chance to excel.
• Community Health & Wellness
• Food Distribution & Adopt-A-Family: In partnership with the Food Bank of Northeast Louisiana, we sponsor food distributions every second Saturday to support single parents and seniors experiencing food insecurity. We also select five families during Thanksgiving and Christmas, providing them with food, essential supplies, and gifts for children.
• Health Fair & CPR Training: Our annual health fair educates the community on healthcare resources, while our CPR training courses empower both adults and children with life-saving skills.
• Mental Health Services: Through our dedicated partners, we offer counseling, therapy, and mental health resources for both adults and youth, ensuring comprehensive emotional support.
• Personal and Community Enrichment
• Youth Sports & Music Programs: With initiatives in boxing, martial arts, and music education, we encourage physical activity and creative expression, helping young people develop discipline, teamwork, and artistic talents.
• Men & Women’s Ministry: Our ministry fosters leadership development and spiritual growth, creating a strong network of community accountability and support.
• Standardized Testing Preparation: We provide LEAP and ACT training for students in 3rd, 4th, and high school, ensuring that our youth are well-prepared for academic challenges.
• Economic Empowerment
  Our programs in financial literacy extend beyond youth. We educate single parents on maximizing income, smart money management, and utilizing insurance effectively, while our efforts in affordable home ownership and small business development create sustainable pathways for economic success across our community.
